CARD CONDITION POLICY

In the interest of providing our customers with transparency and confidence when purchasing singles from our website, we have established the following Card Condition Policy.

All individual cards listed for sale on our website are assessed and listed as Near Mint (NM) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

If a listing does not state a specific card condition in the title and a stock image is used, the card is deemed to be Near Mint.
Any card that is not Near Mint will always have the condition clearly stated in the title and will include scanned images of the actual card being sold.

While we take great care in assessing every card, Near Mint cards are not guaranteed to be gem-mint, pack-fresh, or PSA 10 quality.

Below is a detailed outline of what customers should expect when purchasing Near Mint singles from our store.

NEAR MINT CONDITION GUIDELINES

Cards listed as Near Mint may display minor, non-structural imperfections consistent with industry standards for NM condition. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Corners: Minor chipping or light wear

  • Edges: Minor chipping or light edge wear

  • Surface Indentations: Minor imperfections only visible under close inspection or certain lighting

  • Scratches / Scuffing: Minor surface marks

  • Discoloration: None

  • Creases: None

  • Staining: None

These characteristics align with commonly accepted Near Mint grading standards used across the trading card industry.

IMPORTANT CONDITION DISCLOSURES

  • Near Mint cards may not meet professional grading standards for PSA 10, BGS 10, or CGC 10.

  • Minor imperfections can occur due to printing, cutting, packaging, or handling during manufacturing — even in pack-fresh cards.

  • Cards are sold ungraded unless clearly stated otherwise in the product listing.

  • Centering variance, minor factory defects, light surface marks, or print lines may exist and are considered acceptable within Near Mint condition.

  • Stock images are used for Near Mint listings and represent the card type, not the exact card, unless otherwise stated.

We strongly encourage customers purchasing cards for grading purposes to carefully consider this policy before placing an order.

By purchasing singles from our website, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Cards listed without a stated condition in the title are sold as Near Mint

  • Near Mint does not mean Gem Mint

  • Minor imperfections are possible and do not constitute a fault

  • Condition disputes based solely on grading expectations are not grounds for a return or refund
